The Nick D'Angelo FunD AND SCHOLARSHIP
Nick D’Angelo was a scholar-athlete at Lake Catholic High School and John Carroll University. He was a Division III national champion wrestler, and a multi-time All-American and Academic All-American in both football and wrestling. Beyond his many accomplishments in the classroom, on the field, or on the mat, Nick’s true legacy was his passion for family and lifelong learning.
To honor his memory, the Nick D’Angelo Fund was established in 2022 in partnership with The Cleveland Foundation, supporting students at Lake Catholic High School that reflect Nick's values. In 2023, the D'Angelo family furthered this mission by creating the Nick A. D’Angelo ’84 Memorial Endowed Scholarship at John Carroll University, providing financial assistance to outstanding students who embody academic excellence, leadership, and service in the Jesuit tradition.
THE NICK D'ANGELO FUND PREMIUM BOURBON RAFFLE IS UNDERWAY
Our 2026 premium bourbon raffle is underway. We're raffling off (20) bottles of bourbon this year. Tickets are $50 each and all proceeds benefit students at Lake Catholic High School and John Carroll University.
The raffle will be held on Saturday, April 25th at 3pm at Redhawk Grille, located at 7481 Auburn Rd., in Concord. You don't need to buy a ticket to attend the raffle. Come to the Redhawk and enjoy great food and drink while reconnecting with old friends and making new ones.
